PRIMERA REUNIÓN DE DELEGADAS/OS

El miércoles 23 se realizó el primer encuentro entre el equipo directivo de la escuela y las personas delegadas de los distintos ambientes para este curso. Además de compartir ideas y miradas, se aclararon dudas y se abordaron las funciones y los compromisos de este importante rol.

FIRST REPRESENTATIVE'S MEETING

On Wednesday, the 23rd, the first meeting was held between the school's administrative team and the representatives from the different environments for this school year. Along with sharing ideas and perspectives, questions were answered, and the responsibilities and commitments of this important role were discussed.

BEACH DAY

On Friday, the 25th, all the environments from Taller I and Taller Il spent the day at the beach in Pedregalejo. The goal of this activity was to strengthen bonds among the different groups, engage in team-building activities, and enjoy a morning outdoors.

DÍA DE PLAYA

Todos los ambientes de Taller I y Taller I| compartieron el viernes 25 un día de playa en Pedregalejo. El objetivo de esta actividad fue estrechar lazos entre los distintos grupos, desarrollar actividades en equipo y disfrutar de una mañana al aire libre.

TEAM BUILDING TRIP

Adolescent Community took this week a three-day trip to Cortijo Amaya in Torrox, where they had the opportunity to spend time together and participate in group dinamycs to get to know each other better.
These types of activities promote healthy relationships, teamwork, and an harmonious environment.

VIAJE DE CONVIVENCIA

Comunidad de Adolescentes realizó esta semana un viaje de tres días al Cortijo Amaya en Torrox, donde pudieron compartir espacios de convivencia y dinámicas grupales para conocerse mejor. Este tipo de actividades favorecen las relaciones saludables, el trabajo en equipo y la armonía en el ambiente.

A NEW SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEGUN

We are happy to welcome all of the CIMM community for this class of 2026/2027. We hope that you have enjoyed summer and that this new school year will be full of great experiences and learning opportunities.

HA COMENZADO UN NUEVO AÑO ESCOLAR

Estamos felices de recibir a toda la comunidad CIMM en este curso 2026/2027. Esperamos que hayáis disfrutado el verano y que esta nueva etapa escolar esté llena de grandes experiencias y oportunidades de aprendizaje.

HACE YOU SIGNED UP TO EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES?

Extracurricular activities will begin on October 1st, provided the minimum number of students is fulfilled. Families who have signed up will receive at the end of September an email detailing which activities will be starting and which won't.

¿TE INSCRIBISTE A EXTRAESCOLARES?
Las actividades extraescolares que cumplan con el mínimo de personas inscritas comenzarán el 1 de octubre. Las familias que se hayan apuntado, recibirán a fines de septiembre un correo con el detalle de las actividades que empezarán y las que no.

WELCOME MEETING

On Wednesday, September 9th, a welcome meeting was held for all the school families. The new members of the leadership team, Ainoa and María, shared aspects of the Montessori philosophy and school news for this year. Afterwards, families were invited to the environments to talk with the guides, choose their class representatives and clarify doubts.

REUNIÓN DE BIENVENIDA

El miércoles 9 de septiembre se realizó la reunión de bienvenida para todas las familias de la escuela. Las nuevas integrantes del equipo directivo, Ainoa y María, presentaron aspectos de la filosofía Montessori y novedades del centro para este curso. Luego, las familias pudieron reunirse en los ambientes para conversar con las guías, elegir a las personas delegadas y aclarar dudas.

HAPPY SUMMER!

This school year comes to an end and we can only thank you for so many shared experiences and learning. Now is time to recharge for a new school year this September! We hope you enjoy a nice summer in family.

END OF SCHOOL YEAR TRIPS

Next week, the Casa de Niños, Taller, and Adolescent Community stages, will go on their end-of-year trips. These are very important learning opportunities where the children can develop their autonomy and independence, as well as come together to celebrate the end of another school year.

VIAJES DE FIN DE CURSO

La próxima semana las etapas de Casa de Niños, Taller y Comunidad de Adolescentes tendrán sus viajes de fin de curso. Se trata de oportunidades de aprendizaje muy importantes, donde podrán avanzar en su autonomía e independencia, además de cerrar juntos un nuevo año escolar.

THEATER IN TALLER II

Students from Fuego wrote, directed, and starred in the play “Murder on 19th Street.” The performance was met with applause from the entire audience.

TEATRO EN TALLER II

Estudiantes de Fuego escribieron, pusieron en escena y protagonizaron la obra de teatro “Asesinato en la Calle 19”. La representación fue recibida con aplausos por todo el público.

THIRD SCHOOL COUNCIL 2026/2027

On Wednesday, June 3, we held the final school council meeting of this academic year. It was an opportunity for families, the teaching team, and the students of CIMM to raise various issues, and we are always glad to have this important opportunity for conversation and dialogue.

TERCER CONSEJO ESCOLAR 2026/2027

El miércoles 03 de junio hemos realizado el último consejo escolar de este curso. Ha sido una oportunidad de plantear distintos temas por parte de las familias, el equipo docente y el alumnado del CIMM, y nos alegra siempre contar con este importante espacio de conversación y diálogo.

NEASC PEDAGOGICAL MEETINGS

We would like to thank all the families who participated in the educational meetings for the different environments this week and shared their perspectives on the NEASC Learning Principles with the school. For those of you who have not yet completed the survey, we invite you to access it through the NEASC section of our app. It is very important to have the input of the entire educational community so that we can continue to improve and grow.
