PLAYROOM INFORMATION
This is a space in which to enjoy Montessori style. There will be movement and art activities prepared to learn while playing and linked to the environment. SCHEDULE Monday to Thursday, from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. and Friday, from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
AGES From 3 to 11 years old.

CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES
REGISTRATION AND CALENDAR
Services are active throughout the school year, beginning on September 12 and ending on June 23. There will be no activity on holidays marked as such in the school calendar.
On days considered as school holidays, such as winter, spring and summer holidays, the services remain active.
Registration through the registration form is required.
ABSENCES AND ABSENCES
In case of not wanting to make use of a contracted service in a timely manner by decision of the family (for example a trip, medical appointment, birthday, ...), the family must notify 48 hours in advance so that no charge will be made for that specific day, by sending an email to [email protected]
In case of school excursions, the school will cancel all the services of that day, not billing them. If a family wants to use any of the services on that day, they must expressly communicate it by mail, sending an email to [email protected]
If a family does not wish to use any of the contracted services on school holidays or similar days, the family must give 48 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for that specific day, by sending an email to [email protected]
PRICES, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
The prices for each service are available on the registration form.
The payment method is by direct debit to the same reference account provided in the registration form or by bank transfer. If other options are required, they must be requested and authorized by e-mail to [email protected]. It is important that if you wish to pay by direct debit to a different bank account, please inform us by e-mail before the 15th of the current month.
If a family wishes to unsubscribe from any service, they must request it by sending an email to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
Services are charged on a monthly basis.
AUTHORIZATIONS
The persons authorized to pick up students after the use of a service are the same as those informed in the registration document.
If you wish to authorize another person on an ad hoc basis, you must follow the same procedure as for dismissal from the regular school.
ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE ACTIVITIES
Entrance will be as follows:
Morning classroom: through the main door
Extended hours: from their rooms accompanied by their guides.
Lunch service: from their rooms accompanied by their guides.
Playroom:
Those who use the dining room: from the garden, where they are picked up by their monitors.
Those who do not use the dining room: through the main door.
Departure will be as follows:
Morning room:
Children's Houses: from the hall to their rooms accompanied by the person in charge of the service.
Elementary: by groups on their own feet at the time indicated by the person in charge of the service.
Extensions: through the main door.
Lunch service: at the side exit
Playroom: through the main door
GENERAL ASPECTS
Students who need to be accompanied must come with their educational shadow to the activity.
The "Music with affection" activity is offered exclusively for school families.
The English groups are not subject to the age of the participants but to their level of English. The teaching staff will make an initial observation to orient families. Specific information for the LUDOTECA (TOY LIBRARY):
If families wish to pick up children before the scheduled time, they may do so but the fee will be paid in full.
The playroom is a learning space to which families are not allowed access. Therefore, for pick-ups at times other than the scheduled times, the family must wait to be attended by the person in charge of reception.
In case of delay in the pick-up, families will have 5 minutes of courtesy. Once this time has elapsed, the next hour will be billed at the regular rate.
Rights reserved for external families. Families have two sessions as an adaptation period, after which we will share observations and decide the best option for the child.
Children who wish may bring fruit to eat during the playroom.
