ACTIVITIES OFFER

montessori afternoons/mornings

3 - 6 years

This activity is open to all interested families, without the need for them to belong to the school.

The girls and boys will experience how the Montessori routine develops in a Children’s House environment, doing, every day, activities in 3 different work areas: Language/Mathematics, English and Art, as well as activities in the Practical Life area (they will prepare the afternoon/morning snack themselves). They will begin and end the day sitting around the ellipse, talking and sharing observations.

This activity will take place on:

FRYDAY, from 16:30 to 19:30
for 3 to 6 years

SATURDAY, from 10:30 to 13:30
for 3 to 6 years

Accompanied by Ainhoa, Vanesa y Kassandra:
Ainhora, Vanesa and Kassandra have Montessori training and previous experience at school in Infant Community and Children’s House environments.

​mUSIC WITH AFFECTION AND MUSIC

2 - 3 YEARS | 4 - 6 YEARS

The Music with Affection activity is for students aged 2 to 3 years and is offered exclusively for the CIMM Children's Community.

The Music activity is offered for students aged 4 to 6 years and is open to all families, without the need for them to belong to the school.
Limited capacity. Spots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis through the registration form.

Rhythm and percussion intertwined with areas of movement and sensory experiences, all connected with nature and Mother Earth as sources of inspiration to guide them towards musical awakening.

This activity will take place on:

TUESDAY, from 15:30 to 16:30
for 4 to 6 years (Music)

WEDNESDAY, from 15:30 to 16:30
for 2 to 3 years (Music with Affection)

Álvaro understands Music as sounds in motion. He believes that to feel close to it, we must tune in and let our body experience it. He knows that every child needs that movement by nature and that, when accompanied by songs, activities, materials, instruments, and his own voice, it becomes a necessary enjoyment for their development and their own happiness.

This activity is open to all families interested, without the need for them to belong to the school.

This activity will work on sports technique through practical training, keeping in mind the values that sports contribute to personal development. The focus on fair play and the real stories of eleven childhoods that have had football as a profession will be the guiding thread to bring participants closer to their own goals.

This activity will take place on:

Ainhoa perceives sports as an instance of deep connection with the material, with herself, and with others. She sees in each practice an opportunity to continue to develop motor skills, to recognize strengths and weaknesses, and to work from them to constantly overcome ourselves. The basis of the sessions is enjoyment of communication, respect, and discipline.

A Parkour instructor certified by the Australian Parkour Association and has been offering training for 8 years. He is passionate about sports, teaching, and self-improvement.

This activity is offered in two modalities, one intended for school families and another open to all interested families, without the need for them to belong to the school.

A didactic program that covers the various stages of Art History through artistic activities and experiments.

​Graduated in Fine Arts, she performs her accompaniment inspired by the Eastern currents of the way of ink, the zen contemplation as the basis and foundation for the development of Eastern art, in gestural painting and the non-invasive accompanying, by Maria Montessori and Arno Stern. It works with the motivation and conviction that it is in the field of art, in its practice and development, where the knowledge of being, doing, and creating comes together.

Develop the passion for music in a vital way through experimentation with instruments and the voice. Play rhythms and fragments of songs. Promote group music, connection, and respect among the components. Develop creativity and improvisation. Improve emotional and auditory awareness, release tensions, and express emotions.

During English playtime, children will be introduced to English through games and playful activities.

She learned to read at the age of four with a newspaper that was in her grandparents’ house. Since then, she loves books and writing, and that’s why she decided to become a journalist. She has worked in the media and companies, and what she enjoys the most is the opportunity to get to know different realities to try to tell them to someone else. She is the mother of Adela and Guillermo, with whom she shares my love for books.
