Last Tree in the City

“Last Tree in the City” is a short story that can show us that the imagination of children can make beautiful changes in the world.

This short book is about a boy who is living in a big city. This city is gray and boring, without colors and nature. This boy every day after school would come to the last tree in the city and sit there for hours. But one time when he came he realized that the tree had disappeared and all that was left of it was a small stump. The next day when he came he saw a small green branch on the ground.

He decided he couldn't leave it like that. He started his plan to save the tree. The next day when he left the house to go to school, his eyes saw something amazing.

In my opinion this book is a beautiful story for children. The determination of this boy can motivate many children to read more books. I love this type of book because they can show us that the world can change.

I recommend it for children between 3-8 years old, because this is a very easy book to read. There is not much text and the font size is pretty big.
