ELECTIONS IN TALLER II

Yesterday the elections of representatives of Taller II for the School Council took place. The candidates presented their speeches with ideas and proposals and then each student of Workshop II Aire and Fuego deposited his or her vote anonymously in the ballot box. In this way, we also lived the values of democracy at school.

Ayer se realizaron las elecciones de representantes de Taller II para el Consejo Escolar. Las y los candidatos presentaron sus discursos con ideas y propuestas y luego cada estudiante de Taller II Aire y Fuego depositó su voto anónimo en la urna. Así, vivimos también en la escuela los valores de la democracia.

COMPOST INITIATIVE

​We are happy to tell you that our school will join the GECO Biowaste initiative, promoted by the ALSORE Foundation. This community composting project aims to raise awareness of the importance of the value of the material cycle. The training of the CIMM team will take place during the first week of November and then the workshops will begin in the environments.

INICIATIVA DE COMPOSTAJE

Nos alegra contaros que nuestra escuela se sumará a la iniciativa GECO Biorresiduos, impulsada por la Fundación ALSORE. Este proyecto de compostaje comunitario tiene como objetivo tomar conciencia de la importancia del valor del ciclo de la materia. La formación del equipo CIMM se realizará la primera semana de noviembre y luego comenzarán los talleres en los ambientes.

VISIT FROM VIENNA 

​This week Adolescents Community received Monika, a guide from the Montessori Galemo School in Vienna. The purpose of this meeting was to learn more about both schools in order to prepare for the visit we will receive in spring by a group of high school students from her school. This initiative is part of the Erasmus program.

Esta semana Comunidad de Adolescentes recibió a Monika, guía de la escuela Montessori Galemo, de Viena. El objetivo de este encuentro fue conocer más sobre ambos centros para preparar la visita que recibiremos en primavera por parte de un grupo de estudiantes de la secundaria de su escuela. Esta iniciativa forma parte del programa Erasmus.
