COMPOST PROJECT

On Wednesday, the first training session was held for the CIMM team on the GECO Biorresiduos composting project that we will be carrying out at the school. The project will be implemented in three centers in the area, promoted by the ALSORE Foundation. The aim of this initiative is to promote the circular economy and zero waste, as well as to raise awareness and educate citizens to separate waste properly and facilitate the recycling plant process. Training workshops for students at different educational stages will begin soon.

PROYECTO DE COMPOSTAJE

​El miércoles tuvo lugar la primera formación para el equipo CIMM sobre el proyecto de compostaje  GECO Biorresiduos que llevaremos a cabo en la escuela, y que se realizará en tres centros de la zona, impulsado por la Fundación ALSORE. El objetivo de esta iniciativa es impulsar la economía circular y de cero residuos, además de concienciar y educar a la ciudadanía para separar bien la basura y facilitar el proceso de las plantas de reciclaje. Pronto comenzarán los talleres de formación para estudiantes de las distintas etapas educativas.

IES BEN GABIROL VISIT

Last week, we welcomed students from the Ben Gabirol Institute, who learned more about the Montessori philosophy and how we work at the school. They also visited the classrooms and showed great interest in the activities. We are happy to have spaces to share and welcome members of our community.

​La semana pasada recibimos la visita de estudiantes del Instituto Ben Gabirol, quienes pudieron aprender más sobre la filosofía Montessori y nuestra manera de trabajar en la escuela. También visitaron los ambientes y mostraron mucho interés en la actividad. Estamos felices de poder contar con espacios para compartir y recibir a integrantes de nuestra comunidad.
