SCHOOL COUNCIL

At the first school council meeting of this academic year, we reviewed the requests made at the last meeting of the previous academic year and commented on everything that has been accomplished, such as the lawn in the garden, the change and improvement of the lunch service, the repair of domes, and the increase in the number of nights for the end-of-year Taller trips. We are also happy to see greater participation from families.

​We have improved communication and raised the profile of the school council for the entire educational community, which has created space to receive various requests that were raised at this assembly.

CONSEJO ESCOLAR

En la primera reunión del consejo escolar de este curso, se hizo un repaso de las peticiones de la última reunión del curso pasado y se revisó todo lo que se ha cumplido, como el césped del jardín, el cambio y mejora del comedor, el arreglo de cúpulas y el aumento de noches de los viajes de fin de curso de taller. También estamos felices de contar con mayor participación de las familias.

Hemos mejorado en la comunicación y en visibilizar el consejo escolar para toda la comunidad educativa, lo que ha generado el espacio para recibir distintas peticiones que fueron planteadas en este encuentro.

VISITS FROM STUDENTS

During November, we welcomed students from IES Divino Pastor and IES Santiago Ramón y Cajal, who came to visit our school and learn more about the Montessori philosophy. These visits are very important opportunities to share with young people who want to contribute to a kinder and more respectful education.

Durante noviembre recibimos a estudiantes del IES Divino Pastor y del IES Santiago Ramón y Cajal, quienes vinieron a conocer nuestra escuela y a aprender más sobre la filosofía Montessori. Estas visitas son oportunidades muy importantes para compartir con jóvenes que quieren contribuir a una educación más amable y respetuosa.

READING CIRCLE

Students from Adolescente Community have created a reading circle to share with third-grade children from Taller I Agua and Tierra . In this way, they build spaces where they can continue to develop a love for books.

Estudiantes de Comunidad de Adolescentes han creado un círculo de lectura para compartir con niñas y niños de tercero de Taller I Agua y Tierra. Así, construyen espacios donde seguir desarrollando el amor por los libros.
